After tons of searching I decided I wanted to do and owl themed birthday for my son's first birthday. After surfing the web for inspiration and ideas I came up with my own owl invitations! Made out of crafters felt, ribbon, googly eyes, and cards and envelopes from Micheals 25 ct for $4.99 on sale!
I printed the saying(Guess whooo's turning one!) on leftover paper lunch sacks. I cut the bags to regular paper size and printed on them. Now that's saving some money! I love saving money and using things I have around the house to make things. This worked perfectly!

Disney's Toy Story Themed Birthday Party Centerpieces!
I made three centerpieces for my son's 3rd birthday!
The Mr. Potato Head and Alien are 3d paper replicas. I found the Mr. Potato Head on a site called www.paper-replica.com and the Alien on www.family.go.com
I used photo paper to make them and used hotglue to glue them together. This is kind of a timely project so I would suggest to start early. The stands that I made for the 3d characters are made out of my 11 month olds Enfamil cans and I glued past birthday party recycled tissue paper! Very cheap centerpieces. The big centerpiece is made out of a butter container, printed characters from sites, crafters foam for the back support of all printed characters, crafters sticks, and again tissue paper that I folded up like a fan, thn cut thin pieces to make the streamers.
